Skateology is a Sydney based skate school created by Professional Skateboarder, Adam Luxford. Skateology specialises in skateboarding coaching / instruction for individuals and groups, teaching people the fun of skateboarding.

Skateology provides group skateboarding workshop programs for school sport, vacation care, fetes and events.

We coach absolute beginners through to advanced skateboarders. It is our mission to empower people to reach their full potential as a skateboarder.

Adam Luxford, founder of Skateology, is a highly respected professional skateboarder with a career spanning over three decades. Click for more.

Adam Luxford, founder of Skateology, is a highly respected professional skateboarder with a career spanning over three decades. Adam Luxford is the most experienced skate coach in Sydney!

Whether it be touring and winning on the overseas competition circuit as a pro skateboarder in the 80's and 90's, taking 1st place at the Australian Vert Championships in 2004 or coming in 3rd place in Bondi's own Bowlarama in 2006 and 4th in the Master's division in 2018, competing with skate legends such as the great Tony Hawk & Steve Caballero, designing and building the ultimate skateboard ramps, or teaching little and really big kids (adults) the rad sport of skateboarding since 2011 - Adam lives and breathes skateboarding.

This knowledge and passion for the sport translates into seeing real results with his students.

With a passion for creativity and adventure, he made the move to Sydney to dive into the heart of the film industry and chase new opportunities in acting and production. Always exploring new paths, Taj is all about blending his love for action and creativity in everything he does.

Taj is a highly skilled skateboarder and is ready to pass on his wealth of knowledge to his students in a patient and caring manner.
